- email address,
- phone number,
- amount that you wish to sponsor. generally between $50 and $1000 if it is a shul-prepared kiddush.
- alternatively, let us know if you will make arrangements directly with a Seattle Vaad approved caterer
- name of sponsor as you want it to appear in eNews,
- date of sponsored kiddush, and
- text of kiddush sponsorship as you wish it to appear in eNews.
