There are many Markets with Kosher Food (PCC, Safeway, Metropolitan Market, Trader Joe's) and one with a large Kosher section called QFC -- located in University Village. QFC on Friday usually includes Seattle Va'ad kosher roasted chickens, sushi, and challah (or sourdough, Columbia, baguette, Olive bread, Rosemary and Ciabatta) baked by Essential Bakery, but only the ones that include this logo:

There are a few Restaurant Choices in the area. (Not all are Cholov Yisrael)

Teapot Vegetarian House -- Vegan PanAsian, (425) 373-1888. Completely vegan menu.

Einstein Brothers Bagels - In University Village, inside QFC, (206) 522-1999 (pas Yisroel/pareve bagels/dairy is not cholov Yisroel)
 

Catering: there is also a woman named Francine Birk in Seward Park who does meal catering for visitors. The food needs to be ordered at least a week in advance. Her phone number is 206-406-4332.
